Nanaimo Foodshare is passionate about ensuring all mid-island community members have access to affordable, nutritious food and life-long food knowledge. Given the inherent inequities in our society, Nanaimo Foodshare prioritizes efforts that increase access to nutritious food and food skills for individuals experiencing barriers. We focus especially on serving low-income community members, seniors, youth, and neurodiverse individuals.
